Dear Affiliated Society Officer,
Are you ready for next year’s ISN World Congress of Nephrology (WCN)? We have gathered all you need to communicate about this international congress taking place in Mexico City from April 21 to 25, 2017. As a friend of ISN and an established member of the global nephrology community, we value your support in spreading the word on the educational benefits of this global meeting to specialists you know in the field.
This time, the congress theme focuses on diabetes and kidney disease, a worldwide problem, but one very important to Latin America and Mexico in particular.
Below is a list of the general information to share with your contacts and within your communication tools. We have prepared a set of ready-to-use material to download (see the overview below with banners, program, flyers, slides, logo and descriptors). Feel free to link www.wcn2017.org to your website, newsletter and emails. The downloadable files will allow you to display banners, share flyers and program information as well as add content to your website and social media platforms.
3 important milestones! We especially need your help to promote the upcoming abstract submission deadline (early November), the WCN program highlights (early December) and the early bird registration rate (January 2017).
WCN 2017 abstract submission deadline will close on November 28, 2016. So as many applicants stand with a chance of presenting their abstract, we would appreciate you circulating this news to your membership. A downloadable template (Word doc or HTML) is available HERE for you to send out today.
We will get back to you in the coming months on communicating about the early bird registration deadline and WCN program highlights. Would you be so kind to letting me know the channels you will be using for the 3 key opportunities listed above? Do not hesitate getting in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions or specific requirements.
